Hidden House is a secret retreat in the city with a 7 metre central lightwell, 4 metre high bedrooms, all organised behind a steel door.

The house is organised over two levels and structured around a 7 metre high internal lightwell. Living, kitchen, study and dining spaces are organised at ground floor and defined through bespoke OSB joinery and concrete floors.
A flexible open plan allows an interaction between all the ground floor areas. Living spaces offer views across the central lightwell, allowing bedrooms and living areas to overlap and connect. Hidden House is an intimate urban house, offering a spatial experience defined by daylight and rich materials.

Innovative 3 bedroom lateral apartment with bespoke joinery

Apartment 008 forms a new home by reorganising a lateral space across two Victorian houses. 008 is a collection of rooms, each room defined by bespoke joinery, rich textures and material contrasts. 008 is a lateral space providing intimacy and modernity within a Victorian terrace.
Free-standing joinery is formed in Douglas Fir and white washed Ash. Joinery is used as a spatial device to create multiple spaces within lateral rooms. Douglas Fir ply seamlessly lines the floor and walls of the living room. Bedrooms and bathrooms are separated by bespoke joinery units that have been conceived as small buildings. They integrate storage, a desk, lighting and a secret door providing access to a bathroom.

Innovative mews house with interconnected, open plan volumes that interact and culminate in a rooftop garden.

Grove Mews is the prototype for a modern living machine. Flexible interconnected spaces allow a flowing open plan that runs from ground to second floor. The ground floor provides 2 bedrooms both with en-suites. Sliding doors allow all the ground floor rooms to open and form one interconnected space.
Living spaces are double aspect and double height. Organised over first and second floor the double height space is top lit and side lit, a room full of light that leads onto an enclosed roof terrace at second floor. Throughout spaces are defined by a vibrant mix of materials including red concrete floors, bespoke birch joinery and laser cut steel bridges.

High Street is a flexible work space with a large interactive shop window located on a West London High Street.
The shop front is organised with a deep recess and a 3 metre high window allowing a strong connection between pedestrians and shop interior. The central workspace is a double height volume filled with daylight. The rear of the office provides a bespoke timber structure that accommodates the mezzanine, meeting room, storage area, library, print room, wc and kitchen.

A high density mixed use building providing shared living, working and social space.

Red House is a prototype for a new modern urban community. An open and active ground creates 5000 sf workspace and 4000 sf of shared communal and garden space. Organised to facilitate start-ups and self-employed people. Flexible leases and a range of costs will create a dynamic workplace that will encourage interaction between members.

120 studios are organised over 7 levels creating efficient studios and flats for modern living. Cleaning, bills, wifi and access to the shared rooftop space are all included. The rooftop is a social and communal space organised around a central courtyard. Rooms enclose the courtyard and provide a mixed programme of events for residents. Cooking classes, yoga rooms, book clubs and talks - a mix of events to facilitate social interaction, unique encounters, learning and being part of a dynamic urban community.

Red House allows you to experience the privacy of your own room and the opportunity of a shared social roof garden in the one building with 100 friends. Red House by Noiascape is part of a proposed network of Houses across London providing living, working and social space. All the shared spaces will be accessible to members. Allowing you to access an expansive network of places, communities and people.

Hetley 05 at first floor provides a 1 bedroom flat with a large open plan living room. The bedroom and en-suite bathroom have direct access to an intimate private terrace.

Hetley 06 provides a 2 bedroom maisonette both with en-suites. The living space is organised with 2 double height top lit spaces creating volume and providing extensive daylight.

High Street is for those that seek smart modern architecture, experiencing THE NEW and sharing opportunity with others.

High Street will provide a range of living spaces connected to shared living rooms, study rooms and a rotating retail space.

High Street will create strong local communities where members can combine, living, working and socialising in a mixed use building. High Street House is a foyer that facilitates social interaction and encourages members meeting and mixing. High Street will be a catalyst to intensify and regenerate High Streets. A prototype showing how High Streets can grow in the future.

Living spaces vary in size and cost, allowing a diverse mix of people. One monthly bill includes utility’s, cleaning, Wi-Fi, Netflix and access to the shared space. High Street is a new typology that will change urban renting.

Apartment 009 is a modern retreat from the city, organised around a magical south facing terrace.
Full height sliding doors between rooms allow spaces to be cellular or open plan, creating a fluid relationship. A roof level south facing external terrace is connected to the internal living spaces by sliding glazed doors. The organisation allows a continuous connection between interior and exterior. The relationship between spaces encourages being social and sharing food on the terrace.
The roof garden is conceived as an external room continuously visible from the living spaces. A perforated white steel wall lines the boundaries and folds to form a continuous seat. Bedrooms are organised on the north side. Wide spaces, top lit and characterised by washed ply joinery.
