What is included within my private space?
At High Street House we have a range of Studios and Apartments. All living spaces have a private en-suite and a private kitchen with bespoke Douglas-Fir joinery and AEG appliances. Bedrooms include a sumptuous organic mattress with organic cotton bedding, handmade in Devon by Naturalmat. Beds are bespoke, formed in Douglas-Fir and designed by Noiascape Studio. Storage units are mobile and designed by Noiascape Studio. Furniture includes a Hay sofa, table and chairs. Hay side table and a Mutto floor lamp. All spaces have integrated electric underfloor heating which can be controlled from your phone. A 1-gig dedicated Wi-Fi supply is available to living and shared spaces. A digital door access system is provided by Salto, allowing you to open your door by smart-phone. Room cleaning, linen change, utilities and Council Tax are all also included within one monthly fee.

What is included in the shared spaces?
We have created beautiful and flexible shared spaces so you can work during the day, attend an evening talk and visit a temporary exhibition at the weekend all within the building where you live. The shared work lounge is furnished, includes a micro library and has a 1-gig upload & download speed, allowing you to connect globally from the comfort of your home. The shared kitchen is fully equipped and allows for groups of 12 to share dinner together.
How long can I stay with Noiascape?
We offer 1, 3, 6 and 12 month membership agreements. We do not require security deposits and we aim to complete reference checks within 24-48 hours (subject to all your paperwork being in place). We want to remove as many of the costs and barriers associated with traditional renting, so you can access Modern Urban Living within 24 hours.
Do I have to pay a security deposit?
We understand that you want to move in and out hassle free and that your money is better in your pocket, so we don’t take long-term deposits from our guests. The only deposit we require is a holding deposit of £350 to secure a space for you and to start the reference check process. The holding deposit is taken once you are sure you want to stay with us and once we have received your signed offer letter. The holding deposit is taken off the balance of your first months membership fees, so it’s only held during the referencing check process. If you decide not to take up your place in one of our properties, we will return your holding deposit to you.
Do you carry out reference checks?
Yes we do – we carry out reference checks on all guests staying with us. Once we have received your signed offer letter and a holding deposit, we use a third party referencing agency to carry out the referencing process with you. We aim to get your reference process completed in 24-48hrs (subject to all your paperwork being in place) so you can move in and start living with us. There is currently no cost to you for the reference checks. Noiascape carry this out. So apart from your monthly all-inclusive fee, there are no other costs for you to pay while staying with us.
How can I apply?
If you are interested in staying with us, just fill out the enquiry form and we will get back to you with availability and prices. Private spaces are generally booked out 3-4 months in advance so please apply well in advance of your stay to avoid disappointment. But don’t worry, if we don’t have anything for you immediately, we have a waiting list and can alert you as soon as your favourite space becomes available.
Can I organise a tour?
We would love to show you around. We offer ‘in person’ and digital tours. So get in contact by filling out an enquiry form and we will get back to you with a time and date.
Are pets allowed?
We review each applicant and their pet on a case by case basis. Our properties have some shared spaces so we have to consider everyone when pets come to stay. But get in contact and we can discuss your circumstances and dependent on location, we can advise if we can accept your pet.
If I live in Garden House can I still use the Shared Use Buildings such as High Street House?
Yes, if you live in Garden House or Hidden House or the other Noiascape Houses, you can access the shared spaces and events at High Street House. This is included within your monthly membership fee. You just need to check availability with us. As we grow we want members to move around the shared spaces. This will allow members to mix and meet new people – this is what Noiascape is all about.
Will my space be furnished?
At High Street House your space includes a bespoke bed and bed linen, built-in storage and mobile storage unit, dining table and chairs, sofa, reading light, kitchen with appliances, kettle and toaster. If you require kitchen cutlery, plates & cups, we are happy to supply subject to a charge. Can I book a stay in advance?
Yes you can book your preferred space in advance. Depending on availability we can book spaces between 7 – 90 days In advance of them becoming available.
When can you confirm availability for your spaces?
We offer all existing guests first refusal to extend their stay with us and ask all existing guests to confirm if they intend to renew 60-90 days in advance of the end of their current agreement. We can provide you a full list of availability dates once you have completed an enquiry form, and then agree a date to start living with Noiascape.
If you do not have any availability, can I be placed on your waiting list?
Everyone who completes our enquiry form will automatically be placed on our database. If we cannot locate a space that works for you, or we do not have any availability at the time of your enquiry, as soon as we have any new availability, we will be back in contact to let you know.
If I stay with Noiascape, can I extend my stay?
As an existing guest, you get first refusal to extend your stay, ahead of those on our waiting list and new enquires. We will contact you in advance of the end of your current agreement and ask for confirmation if you wish to extend your stay.
If I stay with Noiascape, can I move to one of the other spaces/properties in your network?
Once you have completed the reference check process and you are staying with us, subject to availability, we are happy for you to move between the network of spaces we have. So as your needs change, if you need more space, or need to downsize, or you want to explore a new location or space, let us know and we would be happy to accommodate you within our network of spaces.
Can I have a friend stay with me during my stay?
We welcome friends and partners, and each guest is allowed to have a friend or partner stay over a maximum of 12 nights per calendar month.
What laundry facilities do you have at High Street House?
We have a communal laundry facility within the building, which includes washing machines and driers. There are no additional costs for guests in using the laundry facilities, except for providing your own detergents and washing powders. Within the laundry room we also have a set of irons and ironing boards for guests to use and share.
